Do you have a cancellation policy?

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, please let us know the type of service you are trying to purchase and type/length of hair and we will give you an estimate so that you can purchase the Gift Certificate that you need. Please call one of our locations for more details.

Should I arrive with clean or dirty hair for my color service?

Clean hair allows for the best saturation of color and for the product to preform at 100%. However, there are situations where day old hair would be best. Always ask your service provider the day before if you are unsure!

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

After 15 minutes, we consider your appointment to be abandoned. If you call and let use know of any delay, we still may be able to accommodate you, however you may not get the full service or the service provider that you were scheduled for.


Can I be a hair model?

We are constantly having ongoing education at Soho Salon, therefor, there is a need for hair model from time to time. We also have apprentice stylists that need more live models for experience. We offer deep discounts for hair models with our apprentice stylists. Our hair models for classes will only be required to pay for the cost of product. If you are interested in being a model, please email us here and include what type of services you would be interested in and we will contact you when the opportunity arises!

Is my child able to accompany me to my appointment?

Yes, just please keep into consideration that we are not responsible for accidents and if something is broken, the guardian is responsible. Also please be mindful that we are a busy salon, we do not always have a lot of space!
