Carrie Ann Verdini-Hess
Carrie Ann has been behind the chair for over 30 years and has been with Soho from the day we opened! She specializes in color and highlights, keratin smoothing treatments and relaxers. She is a Redken Certified colorist as well as certified in Cezanne Keratin. She has also received certifications from Bumble and Bumble for their advanced haircutting course. She is extremely passionate about her family, including their family dog Zoey. Carrie Ann is extremely enthusiastic about being active and enjoying the outdoors.

Ruth Little
Ruth has been with Soho since 2001 years and has over 25 years of experience behind the chair! She is a specialist in precision haircutting having trained in Vidal Sasson and Arrojo razor cutting. Ruth also is a master craftmen in all aspects of color, she has trained with Redken, Framesi and Paul Mitchell. Ruth also has Bumble and Bumble training as well.

Rose Seaman
Rose has been with Soho Salon since 2003 and has over 30 years experience behind the chair. She is a Redken certified colorist and also works with Wella, Paul Mitchell and Davines color lines. Rose is also certified in Cezanne Keratin Treatment. She has taken many continued education courses including Pivot Point Cutting. Rose is a color specialist as well as specializing in razor cutting as well as perms. Rose prides herself on her active listening skills, which allows her to achieve the best desired results for her clients.

Sandra Bonfiglio
Sandra has been with Soho Salon for over 20 years. She is a Redken, Aveda and Paul Mitchell certified colorist. Sandra is also certified in Cezanne Keratin Treatment. She is a curly hair specialist as well as specializing in color, keratin treatments and special occasion looks. Sandra is also fluent in Spanish.

Nataline Bujaj
Nataline has been a hairstylist since 2009, and has been with Soho since 2020. While new to us, she has become one of the Soho family very quickly! Nataline specializes in highlighting and balayage techniques, as well as specializing in color corrections. She is certified in keratin smoothing treatments, as well as extensions and makeup. When she is not working at Soho Salon in Monroe, she also works at a salon in NYC. Nataline also speaks fluent Albanian.

Susan Stokdal-Hock
Susan has been at Soho Salon since2014, behind the chair for a combined 14 years. She specializes in dimensional color and men’s haircuts. Susan has invested herself in advanced education such as Intuitive Dry Cutting, Matrix Summit advanced Education, and Beauty Addicts makeup method. She has received certifications in Rica Wax, Dermologica Skin care, and Keratin Complex Keratin Treatments. Susan brings 9 years of Salon management knowledge to the table, as well as her skills of a mother of 2 young men! Susan is also an aspiring future Reiki Master!

Bella Casulli
Bella has been with SOHO for three years, and has been behind the chair for a year and a half. She specializes in lived in blonding, dimensional color and brunettes. Bella is certified and has taken courses for teeth whitening, Cezanne, lash extensions, malibu head lab, color and cutting, curly cutting, Redken and more! Bella loves hiking and is always looking for a way to grow her knowledge of hair!

Mary White
Mary brings over 25 years of experience to Soho. She has been at Soho Salon since 2013. She has certifications in Cezanne Keratin treatments, Psy-cosmetology and Barbicide sanitation. Mary’s area of specialty has focused on color, haircuts as well as texture treatments such as keratin and texture waves. Mary has continually taken advanced education in order to stay up to date on trends and styles, including classes with Davines, Wella and Pulp Riot.

Lily Lopez-Evans
Lily has been with Soho since 2016 and started behind the chair in 2018. She has received certifications in Cezanne Keratin treatments, Psy Cosmetology, Barbering and Barbecide Sanitation. She has gained expert techniques in balayage highlighting and blow-drying techniques. Lily has taken advanced classes in product knowledge, haircutting, razor cutting and color.

Caitlin M. Connolly
Caitlin has been behind the chair since 2008 and has been with Soho since 2015. Caitlin specializes in all aspects of color and haircutting. Caitlin was trained at Aveda Institute in NYC and extended her education at a high end salon in NYC. She enjoys staying up to date with current trends and classes. Caitlin is certified in Cezanne Keratin Smoothing Treatment.
“I am an artist first and bring my craft as an artist into the salon everyday. I love my work and feel fortunate to be able to be creative in the salon. My goal as a hair stylist is to give a style that is able to be maintained without much intervention, allowing the hair to find its natural rhythm. I want to grow and evolve with my clients through time, as trends evolve.”

Taylor Pulliam
Taylor has been behind the chair since 2014, and has been with Soho since 2019. She specializes in “lived in color” techniques and looks. Taylor has advanced training in advanced color and cutting techniques, as well as advanced training with Wella color and Redken color. She is also certified in Cezanne Keratin Smoothing Treatment. Taylor was nominated as one of The Best Hairstylists in the Hudson Valley.

Adrianna Mayo
Adrianna graduated from beauty school in 2013 and continued onto college, where she expanded her knowledge of how the body works as a whole. This gave her a philosophy: “Beauty comes from the inside and we perfect them on the outside- what we put in our bodies directly correlates to the appearance on the outside”. Adrianna started with Soho in 2021. Adrianna is skilled in all aspects of hair including cuts, styles, and color, and specializes in handtied extensions. She has been certified in Habit Hand Tied Extensions, Goldwell Color, Cezanne Keratin Smoothing System and Vidal Sassoon Haircutting courses.

Leslie Chavez
Leslie has been behind the chair since 2014 and started with Soho in 2021. Leslie specializes in haircutting, Vivid color and balayage. She is certified in Cezanne Keratin Smoothing Treatment.

Sophia Gruzdis

Sophia has been as Soho since 2022 and behind the chair since 2021. Sophia has a background in skincare, and specializes in haircutting and balayage. She has had advanced education with Formula 18 and Kevin Murphy, as well as “Timeless Color” class hosted by @balaybecca. Sophia is certified in Cezanne Keratin System.

Diana Sikes
Diana has 25 years experience working in the Film, Television & Broadway industries. Diana has taken advances training at Redken exchange and Aveda institute. Not only does she color and cut, she has a talent with hairpieces and wigs. Diana is passionate for finding the right look whether that is a cut, color, or alternative hair for her clients.

Wendy Dugain
Wendy has been behind the chair since 1988 , and has been with Soho since 2016. Wendy specializes in color corrections, barbering/men’s haircutting, curly hair and shag haircuts. Wendy also has many years of experience with different coloring techniques including mastering traditional foiling highlighting. She has advanced education from the Redken Institute, Davines, L’Oreal for corrective color, razor cutting, and barbering techniques. Wendy has certifications from the Redken Institue, L’Oreal Institute, Zotos, Cezanne Smoothing Treatment Certified, Wella, Deva Curl, Italy, Aveda and Michael Cole Business Training. Wendy is extremely passionate about her profession and prides herself on being efficient with her time to ensure she respects her clients time. She has clients that have been with her for years, and has been able to adapt styles as it evolves. Wendy also speaks fluent French.

Natalia Abril
Natalia has been behind the chair since 1999 and has been with Soho since 2016. She specializes in Updos and formal styles and curly hair. Natalia is also a specialist in foil highlighting techniques. She has trained at the Redken Institute, L’Oreal Institute for color correction, and has also trained with Davines. Natalia has also invested in various cutting courses to stay on trend with current techniques such as barbering, shags, bobs and razor cutting. Natalia has certifications in Cezanne Smoothing Treatment, and Razor Cutting techniques. Natalia is also fluent in Spanish.
