Talia has been behind the chair for 5 years and has been with Soho for 3 years. She specializes in blowouts, makeup, and color. Talia has certifications in professional makeup, upstyling, and biology scalp examination. She has advanced education in Redken color, highlighting + cuts, and Davines color.
